Gift Card Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions:

1. Gift Cards are valid for 18 months from date of purchase. Gift Cards not used within this time will be forfeited with no entitlement to refund or exchange.

2. Monetary Gift Cards can be exchanged for golf, merchandise, food & beverage, and services.

3. Gift Cards purchased for Experiences can only be exchanged for the Experience detailed on the voucher.

4. Gift Cards may not be exchanged for Cash or another Gift Card.

5. Dumbarnie Links will not be held liable for vouchers which have been lost, destroyed or stolen.

Refund Policy:

1. Should you be unhappy with your Gift Card purchase, please call 01334 845945 within seven days of receipt to discuss your refund.

2. After 7 days, no refunds will be provided. 

3. The refund will be made to the card used for payment and for the full value of the Gift Card, excluding the postage and packaging.

4. Refunds will not be given for lost or stolen Gift Cards.

Cancellation Policy:

1. Experience and Monetary Gift Card bookings are subject to the cancellation policy of the Experience or service purchased with the voucher.

2. In the unlikely event a booked Experience Day is cancelled by the company, the Experience shall remain valid and the company will make every attempt to re-book the Experience Day at a mutually convenient time within the next 12 months. Where a booking cannot be rearranged the Experience can be used in exchange for goods and services up to the face value of the Experience Gift Card at Dumbarnie Links (subject to card expiry and reservation).

3. The company cannot be held liable for any travel or accommodation costs in relation to a cancellation and Experience Gift Cards that are not re-booked or exchanged for goods and services shall be forfeited.
